Jeff Benrey | Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Jeff has over 20 years of experience building and managing high-tech teams and is the Founder and CEO of Trovix, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent search technology. Before founding Trovix, Jeff most recently served as VP of Marketing and Business Development at iVAST, an enterprise and media technology venture, where he created the vision and strategy for the company and was instrumental in raising $35M in funding as well as establishing key strategic relationships with Fox, Pearson, Bell Canada and Ernst & Young. Jeff previously managed over $250M in worldwide digital media business for Silicon Graphics, leading cross-functional marketing, sales and engineering teams to serve major customers including Disney, Sony, ILM and Pixar. Prior to SGI Jeff was VP of Marketing for Ductus, a graphics technology startup that licensed software and hardware design to industry leaders such as Matsushita and for use in Sun Microsystems' Java platform. Jeff also held product line management positions at Apple Computer's Worldwide Marketing and Enterprise Systems Divisions.

Jeff has an M.B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles and a B.S.E. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.

Earl Rennison | Chief Technology Officer, Founder & Chairman

Earl has been creating successful products and companies for over 17 years. Earl was Founder, Chairman and CTO of Perspecta, a software company that developed advanced search and visual user interface technology for organizing large information repositories. Earl and his team successfully sold Perspecta to Excite@Home. Earl has conducted award-winning research at MIT Media Lab's Visual Language Workshop. Prior to MIT, Earl was a Principal Investigator and Senior Computer Scientist at SRI International where he developed real-time distributed multimedia systems and high-speed networking algorithms. Earl began his career at IBM where he helped design avionics and flight control systems for the Army.
Author of 20 technical publications, Earl also holds three patents relating to user interfaces, intelligent information search and retrieval systems, and computer graphics. His work has been reviewed in publications ranging from The Wall Street Journal to WIRED Magazine.

Earl has an M.S. in Media Arts and Sciences from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Media Lab) and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of California at Davis.

Lucy Dathan | Chief Financial Officer

Lucy brings more than 14 years of finance and management experience to Trovix, Inc. from tenures at world-renowned organizations such as the London Stock Exchange. Prior to joining the London Stock Exchange, Lucy was the Global CFO and Managing Director at Lexit Financial Group in London where she was responsible for all European business operations. Before that, she was CFO, Director of Human Resources and Company Secretary at First Tuesday, a high profile new economy company, and helped grow the London-based start-up to an organization with operations in 46 countries. Lucy spent eight years at Coopers & Lybrand / PricewaterhouseCoopers where she held managerial roles in the Business Assurance, Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions business units.

Lucy has a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Leo Blume | Vice President of Engineering

Leo has more than two decades of experience as a software engineering team leader and as a technical innovator. Before joining Trovix, he managed the international backend, storage, mobile and PC uploader teams at Snapfish, Hewlett Packard's leading online photo service with 45 million members. Previously, Leo acted as manager and architect for HP's camera phone imaging software team. In collaboration with Nokia, Sony Ericsson and other phone manufacturers, this team delivered a number of products on tens of millions of phones, including the world's first Bluetooth camera phone printing capability. Prior to joining HP, Leo served as CTO of Enroute, a startup that developed award-winning computer vision software. Before that, he was an engineering manager at Silicon Graphics and a researcher at NASA JPL, where he developed advanced user interface software for science visualization. Leo co-wrote the software that created the GeoSphere Image, the first cloud-free mosaic of the Earth, which was featured in National Geographic. He holds 6 patents, mostly related to user interface.

Leo holds an M.S. and B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Dan Enthoven | Vice President of Marketing and Business Development

Dan has over 12 years experience in high-tech marketing and business development, working at companies including Intuit and Nuance Communications. Dan most recently served as Director of Enterprise Channels at Nuance Communications, an enterprise-grade voice recognition software provider for telcos and call centers. As such, he developed the Nuance reseller channel, working with them to sell and implement speech recognition solutions. In three years, Dan recruited over 150 partners worldwide and grew revenues from channel partners by over 900%. Prior to that, Dan worked at Nuance as a Vertical Market Manager for Brokerage and Travel, working with customers including Fidelity Investments, Merrill Lynch, American Express, American Airlines and Delta. While Dan was responsible for these markets, Nuance sold systems to many of the top financial services firms and eight of the top ten airlines in North America.

Dan has an M.B.A. and B.A. from Stanford University.
