TROVIX RECRUIT 3.0 FURTHER EXPANDS CAPABILITIES WITH BROAD RANGE OF CUSTOMER-DRIVEN ENHANCEMENTS

ERE Expo 2007 Spring, SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- April 17, 2007 -- Trovix, Inc., the leading provider of intelligent search technology, today announced Trovix Recruit 3.0. The newest version of this award-winning applicant tracking system contains customer-driven enhancements that broaden the capabilities of the recruiting industry's most powerful, web-based applicant tracking and search solution.

In addition to its human-like search technology and intuitive workflow, Trovix Recruit 3.0 includes:

  • Interview Management: Trovix automates the interview management process, from scheduling interviews using popular calendaring programs to automatically collecting and storing interview feedback. This feature is integrated with Outlook, Lotus Notes and other popular calendaring programs.
  • Infinitely Configurable Permissions and Approval Routings: Different hiring departments and divisions may have varied recruiting strategies and require diverse permissions for their users. Trovix now allows companies to have as many different configurations for permissions and approval routings as they need.
  • Custom Candidate Screening Questions: For certain positions, candidates need to provide more information than is typically found on their resume, whether it's government clearance information or ability to perform certain tasks. Trovix allows employers to create questions for candidates that can be used to screen out candidates based on the results.
  • Multi Lingual Career Sites: To support the hiring requirements of multi-national organizations, as well as to help reach candidates in their native languages, Trovix Recruit, in addition to English, now supports Spanish, French, German, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Finnish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Trovix clients can add languages, as well as, alter any of the text on their career sites.

In addition to these important feature areas, Trovix has also made numerous other enhancements in the product, including:

  • Configurable Reporting : In addition to the dozens of ready-to-use reports, users can now create an unlimited number of ad-hoc reports;
  • Unified Dashboard : Users can now monitor their specific task lists, requisition status, and active candidate status in a unified view; and
  • Communications Module : Users can now create, send, and track personalized messages to each candidate.
