To really understand if someone is right for a job, you need to understand both the job seeker and the job requirements. A person can process this information with ease, but it is a difficult task to automate. Trovix solves this problem. We don’t just match keywords. Trovix reads each job seeker’s resume and pulls from it all the information about their skills and jobs, how much experience they have, and where they are located. Then, Trovix does the same with the millions of jobs we find on the internet. Trovix can tell what the key job skills are, the experience level desired, and other factors that would indicate a fit. We use this understanding to match the job seeker to jobs and show the positions that really fit what they’ve done and where their career is headed.
Our jobs come from a number of sources, job boards, company career sites, and a growing number of employers who post their jobs directly with Trovix.
The score for each job is based on a number of factors including how closely a job matches a job seeker’s search, location, and resume preferences as well as their years of experience. The score icon is displayed in the left-most column of the search results for each listed job.
Trovix is scouring the web to find all the jobs out there; this includes finding jobs on corporate career pages. Additionally, you can add your jobs directly into the system as a Sponsored or Premium job.
Sponsored job listings are jobs highlighted within a job seeker’s search results.
Premium placed jobs are sponsored listings featured at the top of a search results list in a special section for premier jobs. The jobs are selected for display based on a job seeker’s background and their entered search criteria.
Not difficult at all, just 4 easy steps. Describe your job, review your listing, pay using a credit card, and confirm your order. If you have more than 25 open positions and would like Trovix to add all of them to our site, please email us at employerhelp@trovix.com.
Trovix accepts American Express, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards.
Yes. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a receipt.
Yes, the confirmation email sent to you after purchase will contain a link allowing you to un-post your job at any time.
Changes cannot be made once an advertised job has been posted. However, you can remove a posting at any time.
Advertised jobs may take up to 24 hours to be active on the site. If after 24 hours you do not see your posting, please contact employerhelp@trovix.com. Please note your posting period will begin once your job is active.
The length of time your job will be advertised will depend upon the job listing option you’ve selected. Please see the Post Jobs tab for more detailed information.
Job seekers can learn of your open positions through Trovix but then go to the source of the job to apply. Therefore, we will not be able to show you all of the job seekers that apply.
Absolutely, if you specify a URL, the job posting will include an “Apply Button” which will take job seekers to the job or apply page on your corporate career page. If you specify an “Apply To” email, that email address will appear at the bottom of your posting.
Trovix currently has job listings for the United States only, and we do not support international resumes at this time.
