Trovix has expanded capability for Hiring Managers and Recruiters to easily monitor your task lists, requisition status, and active candidate status in a unified view. As a recruiter, you can quickly solicit hiring manager feedback on top scoring candidates, and built-in reminders prompt your slow responders. As a hiring manager, you can simply click on a button in an email and send feedback that’s automatically sent to the recruiter and gets recorded directly into the system.

Career Site Hosting
With Trovix Recruit career site hosting, a single click lets you post jobs to intranet or Internet sites. It’s a snap to configure and integrate career sites into your existing websites. Visitors to career sites can search for jobs, forward job postings and upload resumes in a variety of formats including Word, PDF, HTML, and text.

Automated Approval Routing
Trovix Recruit expedites your requisition and offer approval process. Approvers receive an email containing all the information required to make a decision. Without leaving email, they can approve the request or return it for revision. To cut down on bottlenecks, automatic reminders prompt slow responders if requests are unanswered too long.

Duplicate Candidate Detection
Duplicate detection lets your company save money because you don’t pay agency or referral fees for candidates already in your database. Duplicate resumes are grouped so users can quickly see when each resume was received. Trovix Recruit flags duplicate resumes even when contact information is hidden or employment information has been modified.

Configurable Reporting
Trovix Recruit has dozens of ready-to-use reports so you can analyze all aspects of hiring activity. You can also create an unlimited number of ad hoc reports for yourself or to share across the organization. Segment reports by time, organization, source, individuals or other groupings; export them to Excel for further analysis. Reports are fully integrated with the permissions, so managers can run reports without seeing others’ hiring activity.

Interview Scheduling with Outlook Integration
Scheduling candidate interviews and tracking responders’ availability within Trovix Recruit is really easy. Interviewers get schedule requests via Outlook or regular emails as well as follow up emails to gather feedback recorded directly into the application. Users who set up interviews can receive follow up reminders upon interview completion.

Offer Letter and Forms Management
Trovix Recruit lets you create offer letters and essential forms for a variety of recruiting tasks—from background-check authorization to on-boarding. You can create forms by referring to fields in candidate and requisition records from which the data is automatically drawn when it’s time to generate the forms. Forms can be emailed to anyone and/or attached to requisitions or candidates.

Communications Module
Getting in touch with active and passive candidates is a key element of successful recruiting. Trovix Recruit helps you create, send and track personalized messages to each candidate through the communications module. Mine your company’s database and send mass yet personalized emails to see if passive candidates are interested in new positions or if they’re willing to refer a friend.

Multi-Site / International Career Hosting
You can configure Trovix Recruit to support multiple career sites for your company, including subsidiary sites and specialty sites to support staffing agencies, employee referrals or college recruiting. Multilingual Career Sites provide the ability to post positions on internal or external job boards in multiple languages. In addition to English, Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, and Traditional Chinese are available in Trovix Recruit.

Job Broadcasting
Trovix allows you to push your jobs to any of hundreds of third party job boards automatically, to get the broadest possible exposure. Formatting is managed automatically, as is source tracking for each of the boards. With Trovix, you can know exactly which of your marketing dollars is having an impact. (Note: This feature is provided with a third party service and may incur additional fees.)

Custom Fields & Custom Questions
Custom Fields allow the ability to add customized candidate, requisition and offer fields for tracking, filtering and reporting. Custom Questions for all jobs or specific jobs provides the ability to create customized questions for candidates to answer during the apply process. Once created, the questions will appear on the Apply Page.

Advanced Roles & Approvals
Trovix Recruit can be configured to allow an unlimited number of roles with specific privileges to control who sees what piece of information and who can do particular functions in the system. Advanced Approvals can be used to develop suggested or enforced lists of approvers for requisitions and offers. The system is also fully configurable to extend privileges to certain users beyond their standard role.

OFCCP Compliance Management
Trovix stays on top of government regulations to ensure that Trovix Recruit collects, records, tracks and reports information related to applicants versus hires. Trovix also provides support to customers in the event of an OFCCP Audit.

Enterprise / HRIS Integration
Trovix helps clients integrate Trovix Recruit easily with HRIS and backend applications like PeopleSoft, SAP and Oracle. Data exchange can range from synchronizing employees and job codes to exporting all the details for hired candidates. (Note: Integration and Integration support require additional professional services and support fees. These are quoted based on the specifics of the project, and not included in the pricing included here.)
