Technical Specialist 2 Location: Anniston, AL Job Description: Monitors, tests and restores data services. This will include, but not limited to, Frame Relay, ATM, IP/VPN Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint Data. Maintains customer data networks managed by DeltaCom. Provides second level support to first level technicians. Provides circuit testing using Hekimian, React 2001, and other test resources.
