Small privately owned food co with about 125 employees that has been in business for over 25 years. The co has five plants in the midwest and this plant just completed a major expansion. The position will be responsible for a crew of 10 (two sups and eight techs) in a three shift operation. Must have experience with preventive maintenance programs, ammonia refrigeration, food processing and packaging. Need to develop a strong team with a positive attitude.
