There is an immediate opening in the Melrose Park, IL area for a 1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic The hours are 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday with Possible OT on Fridays. The Pay is $18/HR - $19/HR. We are looking for "all around skilled" maintenance mechanic. Candidates will primarily be responsible for mechanical troubleshooting, general maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Experience with Hydraulic & Pneumatic maintenance is also required. Maintenance Mechanics The qualified candidates must have in-depth troubleshooting skills in hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems on Husky, Toshiba, DeMag, or Mitsubishi horizontal. Duties include all phases of production and facility maintenance and repair as well as installations, upgrading, and projects.. Job Requirements: Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment. Rebuild and fabricate parts. Perform facility maintenance and maintain clean and safe work area. Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
