You Belong Here! An interim Director of Med/Surg is needed for a small non-union hospital in the Midwest. The chosen candidate will oversee a 25+ bed Medical / Surgical department with an ADC of 15 and a population of 6 days to adult. Responsible for approximately 20 FTEs. The interim M/S Director will maintain the department and take it to the next level. Picis mediation system is utilized. The selected candidate must have strong management experience and be clinically strong in Med/Surg. BSN preferred or many years of Med/Surg management experience.
