BASIC FUNCTION: The Cook is responsible for the preparation of food items. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Participates in the preparation and execution of the Banquet, CMP, as well as restaurants. 2. Monitors production and quality levels of all food products. 3. Monitors steward responsibility duties in support of cook responsibilities. 4.
