This position is part of Verint Systems’ Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) Technical Support team within the Customer Services organization. On a daily basis, the Technical Support Analyst (TSA) deals primarily with resolving technical issues and questions related to ESG’s Enterprise Workforce Management software suite which have been reported by ESG’s installed customer base.
