Job Description The position of Change/Problem Manager is located in the heart of the NYC Metro region where the candidate selected will be expected to reside. The Change/Problem Manager will communicate and coordinate changes using the agreed to change management processes, engage in the approval process, provide agreed to reports, and address issues with VzB and Customer POC's.
