The Maintenance Technician may assist the Maintenance Supervisor in organizing all contract vendors and scheduling for turnovers. Typically turnovers occur between the last and first day of each month. Shelter Corporation policy is to turn over apartments or units within a 24-hour period (72 hours if not immediate). All vacated apartments or units must be painted, thoroughly cleaned, carpets shampooed and repairs done in a timely and impeccable manner. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for these duties or will work with the Maintenance team to meet company policy and procedure....
