Medical Records Coder Department: Medical Records Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days Salary: 20.21 - 31.12 / hour Hours: Job Details: Qualifications for this position are as followed: 1 - 2 years of coding experience in an acute care inpatient hospital and familiarity with 3M encoder. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and problem solving skills to accurately assign ICD-9-CM, CPT and HCPCS code to inpatient and outpatient medical records. RHIA, RHIT or CCS preferred.
