better Circuit Board Assembler

We are looking for a candidate with Surface Mount Assembly experience. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of hand assembly, soldering, mechanical assembly (using a torque wrench) and performing any related rework on electro-mechanical assemblies. The candidate will be working from drawings or schematics. SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience is required.
