The Maintenance Technician may assist the Maintenance Supervisor in organizing all contract vendors and scheduling for turnovers. Typically turnovers occur between the last and first day of each month. Shelter Corporation policy is to turn over apartments or units within a 24-hour period (72 hours if not immediate).
