MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR; the ideal candidate should be well organized and able to work under stressful situations. This person should have commercial maintenance experience including a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry fire alarm systems and panels, sprinkler and HVAC systems. Experience managing a crew is a must including methods for tracking time and work requests. Experience with snowplow, loader, and snow shovel is important.
