Works closely with all areas involving the development of new products and reformulations. Will report to the Corp. Director of R&D. Requires a 'hands on' individual who enjoys working in aa very active environment handling multiple projects. This is a plant position. Requirements (1) M.S. or equivalent in Dairy or Food Science + 3 years experience in dairy/cheese product manufacturing. (2) B.S. + 5 years experience.
