– Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field plus 10 years broad based HR and LR experience in manufacturing (union environment). Five years of experience need to be in a management HR/LR role. PHR or SPHR certification from SHRM would be a plus but not required.. Job Requirements: Ideal candidates for this position would include experience in being a change-agent that can oversee and implement continued change, and provide leadership in finding top talent. Position is located in a large Mid-west city, with company paid relocation
