Fluids Manager Relief Assistant

Ensures the Fluids Plant is operating properly and oversees control of all incoming and outgoing product, including plant equipment. Balances inventories of sweet cream, micro-filtration and raw whey product daily. Qualifications: 1) Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy or equivalent education 2) 8+ years supervisory experience preferred 3) 2+ years operator experience 4) Strong communication skills 5) Knowledge of Word, Excel and Maximo 6) Basic knowledge of Algebra & Geometry 7) HTST and sampling licenses
