Title Researcher Job Duties: Use electronic databases to review public records and tax roll printout to determine: 1. Encumbrances which remain open of record. 2. Identify any lien or judgment which is posted against owners in the chain of title. 3. Identify any Deed which transfers an ownership interest in the subject property.
