Local company is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor. Will supervise 1-2 other employees. Must be HVAC certified, have electrical and pool maintenance experience. Will be required to performance routine building maintenance which will include repairing garbage disposals, ice-makers, dishwashers, hanging heavy blinds, carpet maintenance and routine clean-up. Only applicants with HVAC certification will be considered. Also requires experience working with purchase orders. Ability to climb stairs with ease. This is a temp-permanent position. Provide Customer Support for the front counter such as greeting customers, inspecting shipments, shipping documents and other general support duties. Must be able to lift 70 pounds. Must posses good verbal and customer service skills. Must be detail oriented and able to handle a lot of walking and lifting packages. Light phone duties. Will enter info into handheld computer.
