Position Summary: Develop new tooling for prototypes and tooling/processes for new production items. Design molds, cavities, and tooling for prototype samples. Assist/design/develop new production equipment, processes for RSS rubber molding and finishing, either built in-house or quoted and contracted outside. Improve production operating efficiencies through tooling or machine modifications. Provide technical process and tooling support to the operations business cells. Use lean manufacturing and six sigma tools to reduce scrap, increase productivity and eliminate ergonomic/safety concerns...
