better Telecom Technician

Looking for a telecom technician that has experience with both old Nortel systems (KSU) as well as Cisco Call Manager (VoIP). This is a technical role that will be handling various service requests for both VoIP and Nortel. Typical requests include moves, add, changes, voicemail, etc. Mostly Nortel, but are looking to migrate to VoIP over time. Technical input to the VoIP project will be expected, but this role will not be project managing the VoIP implementation.
