Under the direction of the Store Director, the Restaurant/Bakery Supervisor has discretionary responsibility for managing, delegating and supervising all activities related to the Restaurant/Bakery department. The Restaurant/Bakery Supervisor is to ensure that the department achieves pre-determined operational and financial goals. He/she is responsible for keeping the Store Director informed on matters concerning these activities. The Restaurant/Bakery Dept. Supervisor is accountable for all phases of the
