Our client is in need of a check run processing clerk within the accounts payable department. Daily duties will include importing files and printing checks, will be sorting checks as well as processing special mailings. Will be preparing daily mailings including UPS, coordinating courier pick-up and foreign mail. Duties also include scanning W-9 information, filing of documents and participating in weekly staff meeting. Mandatory hours are from 9:00-6:00 pm Monday - Friday. All applicants applying for U.S.
