This position is responsible for IT budget administration/reconciliation/ analysis, processing purchase orders/invoices/external party billing, and managing maintenance contract renewals. Candidate must be detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Access, and ability to multi-task in a fast paced dynamic environment. Schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday Wednesday.
