A Downtown Louisville financial center is seeking for Part -Time Night Risk Management Underwriters. This is solely a contract position during the tax returns season. Qualified candidates must have the following: - Be responsible for performing ERO/tax preparation underwriting - Be able to evaluate applications for the Tax Refunds Solutions program - Have prior knowledge of tax preparation and IRS regulations - Have experience in credit underwriting - Certifications are a plus : CPA , Enrolled Agent certification

Evaluates risk to determine pricing and plan designs, amendments and renewals using established Underwriting guidelines. Works within a defined authority level matrix which includes experience rating and large case risk analysis. Follows the pre-established appeal process and completes Underwriting Audits to ensure adherence and consistency to Business Guidelines and procedures. Transactional production requirement is 90%. - Analyzes specifications on non-experienced and experienced rated cases
