Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervising quality inspectors and analysts
- Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for the company
- Leads the development and implementation of quality systems, policies and procedures.
- Reviews and approves validation plans and documentation
- Review and approve standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Review deviation and investigation reports to ensure that root causes have been identified and appropriate corrective actions
