2 Pipe Welders needed that have experience with putting water lines in the ground. This is all 60 inch pipe, so you must have experience working and welding on this size of pipe. They are running three internal and three external beads on each section of pipe. Each weld is then pressure tested and packed with a concrete-like aggregate before moving on to the next weld.
